The Lavender Violet Intrigue, Lavender angustifolia ‘Violet Intrigue’ (PP15,344), is probably the best lavender on the market today. It has beautiful violet flowers on upright stems and has a longer blooming season than all other lavenders. Violet Intrigue blooms in mid summer and has a plant height of 24″. It is extremely fragrant which is usually the reason that gardeners grow the flower. It makes a great short hedge or stand alone in any perennial garden.
